I retired in 2007 and Judy and I bought a home in the woods on the side of Rich Mountain. close to Mena. Extermco did the termite treatment for the home when it was built. I followed up by contacting extermco to continue with the termite protection and to start pest control. At that time the pest control tech. was Jim. However the first termite inspection I had with him, he was accompanied by Brad Whiteaker a termite tech. This was the first time I met Brad. I believe it was fall 2008. Jim retired and Brad became both our termite tech and pest control tech. We have found Brad to be very knowledgeable in the field. He is personable, conscientious and punctual even though I am not. A number of times I have scheduled for a service and then have forgotten for what ever reason. Brad never seems to let it bother him and congenially calls and reschedules the visit I missed. We have come to depend on him to let us know it is time again for our service. He gives that little extra both in his service and in looking out for us.
