Chuck Taff does a great job and we are very pleased with the service he gives us from Extermco. He is always pleasant lets us know that we can call anytime if there is a problem that comes up. I would recommend him to anyone.

    I retired in 2007 and Judy and I bought a home in the woods on the side of Rich Mountain. close to Mena. Extermco did the termite treatment for the home when it was built. I followed up by contacting extermco to continue with the termite protection and to start pest control. At that time the pest control tech. was Jim. However the first termite inspection I had with him, he was accompanied by Brad Whiteaker a termite tech. This was the first time I met Brad. I believe it was fall 2008. Jim retired and Brad became both our termite tech and pest control tech. We have found Brad to be very knowledgeable in the field. He is personable, conscientious and punctual even though I am not. A number of times I have scheduled for a service and then have forgotten for what ever reason. Brad never seems to let it bother him and congenially calls and reschedules the visit I missed. We have come to depend on him to let us know it is time again for our service. He gives that little extra both in his service and in looking out for us. Every quarter, Larry Johnson calls to remind me it's time for service, and makes the appointment for me,.  He knows the rest of the staff is gone on Fridays, and works around my schedule.  This time, I had another appointment and couldn't be here as early as usual.  He adjust his schedule to work with me.  Then, this morning, my other appt called and re-scheduled for an hour later...right when Larry was supposed to be here.  I called your office to let them know.  Larry readjusted his schedule and showed right up, and finished in plenty of time for me to make my other appointment.  he never disappointments me.

I am extremely pleased with my service from Extermco, from the inspection by Justin to the spraying by the two guys that came out. You certainly have the right person as your salesman, as Justin has a great personality and knows his business well.

The performance as far as time-wise and respect for our property was very unique.  A lot of times you get disrespectful workers on jobs, but your workers were very mannerly and very sufficient.  And when I called for another job at a rent house, you were very prompt.

We met Larry while working at St. Edward serveral years ago. He was spraying our offices at that time. We had recently bought a new home, had huge ant & spider issues, and were considering some type of pest control.

Larry was personable & friendly, so we decided on Extermco - What a great decision! Our service has always been great, and Larry makes it very convenient to meet our work schedule so monthly spraying can be done.

We have not had any big issues since the inital spraying with monthly maintenance. If from time to time the ants do pop up, we get immediate attention. Great service, great job!
